PPD Vendor Information Form
Deadline for Vendors & Organizational Tables: September 4, 2020
All vendors & organizations must pay all vending fees and submit the Vendor Information Form (link at the bottom of this page) by September 12 in order to vend or set up an informational table at Auburn Pagan Pride Day. This is so we can get the final vendor list together for both the City of Auburn (which must approve all vendors) and our vendor coordinator, and get the info in the PPD Schedule Booklet before it goes to print. If your form and any relevant fees have not been received by this deadline, you will not be assigned a space or allowed to set up at PPD.
City of Auburn Vendor Fees:
1) The City of Auburn requires that all vendors who are selling goods or services purchase a business license. The cost for this, for a half year (July and later) is $50 plus a $5 issuance fee.
2) Also, the City of Auburn requires that vendors return 10% of all monies collected to the city (call 334-501-2930 to pay this over the phone).
Note: Due to health department restrictions, we cannot allow food vendors (where food is prepared on-site for sale) at PPD, unless you have a health permit through Lee County Health Department. Pre-made and pre-packaged food items are fine, however.
PPD Vendor Booth Fees:
In the past we charged $25 for vendor booth fees, but due to the business license requirement, we are waiving that fee. There is still a charge for electricity, however (see below).
PPD Non-Vendor Organizataion Booth Fees:
If you are simply displaying information about your organization, and will not be selling any goods or services, you will not need to purchase a city business license. There is no charge to set up an informational booth at PPD.
Vending Location & Size:
Vendors will be set up on the lawn near the pavilion. You will need to bring a
tent of some sort, such as an EZ up, plus tables, chairs, and possibly a tarp just in case. Kiesel Park is very large and very flat, so we have plenty of room!
There are electrical outlets near the pavilion; vendors may plug into these for things such as fans and phone chargers. Be sure to bring your own extension cords! The electrical fee for vendors is $15 for the day.Click here for a form to fill out for your vendor/organization info
